In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. This page gives detailed information on when and why we may collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Mailing list
As a Triple W customer we like to keep you informed via our very occasional e-newsletter. You can sign up for it here. We use the information you provide to notify you about important aspects of our business relationship with you, such as support services, opening times and just important things that we think you should know about. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing Andy (click the contact link above).

We provide analytics services for some our customers using Matomo, an open source web analytics platform. A web analytics platform is used by a website owner in order to measure, collect, analyse and report visitors data for purposes of understanding and optimising their website. If you would like to see what Matomo looks like, you can access a demo version at:

Matomo is used to analyse the behaviour of the website visitors to identify potential pitfalls; not found pages, search engine indexing issues and which contents are the most appreciated. Once the data is processed (number of visitors reaching a 'not found' page, viewing only one page etc.), Matomo generates reports for website owners to take action, for example changing the layout of the pages, publishing some fresh content etc.

Matomo is processing the following data:

  • Date and time
  • Title of the page being viewed
  • URL of the page being viewed
  • URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page
  • Screen resolution
  • Time in local timezone
  • Files that were clicked and downloaded
  • Link clicks to an outside domain
  • Pages generation time
  • Country, region, city
  • Main Language of the browser
  • User Agent of the browser

No personal identifiable information is collected. To ensure that, IP addresses are truncated in logs. Further, we respect the 'Do Not Track' feature of modern web browsers to prevent any logs being created for users who enable that setting.

Data collected using Matomo is used only to improve the user experience and help you find the information you are looking for.

The data generated by Matomo is made available to individual web site owners via a password protected user interface.

Our servers are located in the EU and are fully GDPR compliant. You can read the privacy policy of our data provider here.

Above all, we take people's personal information seriously and design our customer's web sites and services using techniques such as encryption and hashed passwords. If you have any questions related to the data we store on behalf of our customers (or us ourselves about you) then you should in the first instance contact the website owner who will direct any GDPR related queries to us for comment.
